Nominations are now open for the 2025–2026 Saskatchewan Artistic Swimming Coach, Volunteer, and Athlete Recognition Awards. We encourage you to recognize the outstanding individuals who have contributed to our community this season.

The form will need to be filled in for each nomination you submit. Along with this form, the following items must be emailed to ecd@saskartisticswimming.ca or the nomination will NOT be accepted:
- A written description (in Word or in the body of the email) outlining why the nominee was selected. Please provide as much relevant detail as possible, as this information assists the Awards Committee in determining the recipient. Handwritten submissions will not be accepted.
- A picture or pictures of the nominee or duet/team.
The deadline for nominations is August 31, 2026.
