SAS is seeking a dynamic and organized Competition and Athlete Development Director to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of athlete development programming and to ensure that all SAS-sanctioned competitions are technically sound, well-supported, and aligned with provincial and national standards.
This role plays a key part in shaping athlete pathways, enhancing coach support, and ensuring consistent, quality technical delivery across the province.
- Part-time (0.75FTE - 26.25 hrs/week)
- Salary range: $33,684-$46,627 + benefits
