2020 2021 Screening Form

Screening

 

Canada Artistic Swimming implemented a mandatory screening policy. All screening must be done by Sterling Talent Solutions.

 

"Screening" is the term for Police Record Checks and Vulnerable Sector Checks. 

 

Saskatchewan Artistic Swimming follows the CAS Screening policy. Therefore, screening is required for all Coaches, Club Board Members, SAS Board members and SAS employees. 

 

Contact your club if you need your Canada Artistic Swimming number.   

 

  • Select Club Name if you are registering as part of a club. 
  • Select Saskatchewan Artistic Swimming if you are not associated with a specific club. 
  • If you are associated with multiple clubs, select the primary club you are associated with or SAS as desired. 

 

Select all roles that apply for screening. 

 

To complete screening, the individual must be at least 18 years of age AND have a CAS number.

  • If you are completing this form on behalf of a minor, it cannot be done now. As soon as the minor turns 18, they must complete screening. Contact your Club or the SAS Executive Director at that time to confirm the requirements. Close this window to return to the main form. 
  • If you don’t have your CAS number, Club Board Members should contact their club and SAS Board members should contact the SAS Executive Director.

Saskatchewan Artistic Swimming asks each person who requires screening to use Sterling Talent Solutions. The results will be forwarded to SAS. The cost is $25 plus taxes - GST and PST. Payment for screening is completed on the Sterling website at the time of the request. The screening is valid for five years. If you did it for 2019-2020, you do not need to do it again this year. 

 

I will request/have requested screening from Sterling Talent Solutions. I understand results of the screening are provided to Saskatchewan Artistic Swimming and Canada Artistic Swimming. Click Yes or No.  

 

In addition to completing screening through Sterling, each person must complete the Canada Artistic Swimming Screening Disclosure Form. (Look right after the Policy).It is similar to the Sterling check but asks for more information.
