Sask Sport presents Kirsten Brough with 2013 Female Official Award and Brenda Lyons with 2013 Female Coach Dedication Award
Kirsten Brough and Brenda Lyons were presented with the Saskatchewan Sport Awards by Sask Sport Inc. Board of Director, Brenda Bathgate during the Sadie Caulder Knight Provincials on April 12 at the Lawson Aquatic Centre in Regina. Kirsten Brough is the recipient of the 2013 Female Official Award and Brenda Lyons is the recipient of the 2013 Female Coach Dedication Award.

Brenda has received the Synchro Canada Grassroots Volunteer of the Year award and the Synchro Saskatchewan Sadie Caulder Knight Coach of the Year Award. Eight of Brenda’s athletes qualified for the High Performance Program. She is President of Synchro Saskatchewan and Chair of its Human Resources Committee. Due to Brenda’s love of and dedication to the sport of Synchro, the Estevan Mermaids club has grown to be the second largest club within Saskatchewan.
The Saskatchewan Sport Awards is an annual awards program of Sask Sport Inc. designed to celebrate and promote the outstanding achievements of Saskatchewan amateur athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers.
